Q: Do you deliver to my city?
A: We delivery anywhere in Australia fast!

Q: How long will it take until I receive my order?
A: Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, when products are in stock. If there are any delays, we will let you know straight away.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply choose the products you want by adding them to your shopping cart. This can be done by clicking the "Add to Cart" link next to the appropriate product. Once you're ready to go, click "Check out" at the top of the screen. You will be prompted to enter your contact details. Once we have received your request, we will contact you within 1 business day to confirm the parts are available and arrange payment.

Q: How can I make payment?
A: Available payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, direct deposit, cheque and money order.
Please note, when paying by cheque, your order will only be dispatched once funds have been cleared.

Q: I live in Perth. Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, when we call you to confirm your order, please indicate you wish to pick up your order from our warehouse. We will provide you with further instructions.
